We’ve arranged accommodation for everyone joining us in Bali.

  • The pool, with the venue’s thatched-roof villas reflected in it
  • The garden: a lawn and stepping stones leading to the pool, with palms and rice fields beyond
  • A timber villa at night, its glass doors open onto a four-poster bed hung with white netting
  • A bedroom with a timber double bed, soft wall lights and a writing desk

Entering Indonesia

For guests on Australian, South African or Irish passports, there are three things to organise.

1. Tourist visa (e-VOA)

  • Cost: IDR 500,000 (about $50 AUD)
  • Valid for an initial stay of 30 days
  • Apply online before you leave, or get it on arrival at the airport. We recommend applying online to save time.

2. All Indonesia Arrival Card

Everyone arriving internationally needs to complete this.

  • Free
  • Covers immigration, customs, health and quarantine declarations
  • Can be completed within three days before you arrive
  • Complete it before your flight and save the confirmation

3. Bali tourism levy

Bali charges international tourists a levy.

  • Cost: IDR 150,000 (about $15 AUD)
  • Pay online before you leave, and save the payment confirmation

Before you travel

  • Your passport must be valid for at least six months from your arrival date.
  • You need a return or onward flight booking.
  • Consider travel insurance.
  • Check the latest entry requirements before you travel.
